DEVANSHH – GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL POLICY
In accordance with Indian IT Rules, Devanshh provides a grievance redressal mechanism.
1. GRIEVANCE OFFICER
Customers may raise complaints related to:
- Orders
- Payments
- Returns
- Data privacy
- Platform misuse
2. RESPONSE TIME
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours
- Resolution within 15 working days, subject to complexity
3. ESCALATION
If the issue is unresolved, Devanshh reserves the right to escalate internally or respond as per legal requirements.
