DEVANSHHH – RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the conditions under which products purchased from Devanshh may be returned, refunded, replaced, or cancelled. By placing an order on Devanshh, you agree to this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
- Devanshh deals in spiritual, devotional, religious, handcrafted, and artistic products.
- Due to the nature of these products, certain items may be non-returnable.

5. QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL
- All returned products undergo a quality check.

- Bank processing time may vary depending on payment provider
Devanshh is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
7. REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per policy.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
8.2 Cancellation by Devanshh
Devanshh may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Force majeure situations
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.
9. SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to Devanshh's error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

- Reject excessive or suspicious return requests
- Suspend or terminate user accounts for policy abuse

- Results or experiences may vary based on individual belief.
- Returns cannot be claimed on the basis of perceived spiritual outcomes.
